Lara’s core mission is to help people have better relationships in all aspects of relating. She deeply believes that relationships are the fabric of our existence, and that their quality shapes how we experience ourselves and the world around us. Whether with ourselves, a partner, or the wider world, she supports people in creating deeper connections, more authentic self-expression, and more fulfilling ways of relating.

As a certified Somatic Relationship & Intimacy Coach and Sexologist (ABS), Lara’s approach brings together somatic coaching, relationship work, sexology, and the mind-body connection. She knows lasting change happens not only through understanding ourselves intellectually, but through experiencing something different in the body and in relationship.

Together, we explore how the nervous system responds within relationships, how patterns show up in connection, and how these patterns can be gently shifted over time. Lara helps you explore what may be getting in the way of feeling safe, seen, heard, understood, or fully expressed, while developing greater awareness of communication, boundaries, needs, desires, and ways of relating.

Lara also works with individuals who want to deepen intimacy, explore their erotic landscape, navigate sexual challenges, or cultivate a more pleasurable and connected sex life. She creates a shame-free space to talk openly about sex and intimacy, bringing curiosity and compassion to topics that can carry embarrassment, expectations, or pressure.

Warm, attuned, and deeply empathetic, Lara is also a strong cheerleader for her clients. She brings encouragement, honesty, curiosity, and a touch of humour. Helping them create meaningful change in a non-judgmental space to slow down, listen to the body, and explore what is possible for them.

She offers 1:1 sessions online and in person as an expat based in the South of France, in English and French, as well as workshops, trainings, talks, and group experiences.
