Chiara

Chiara is a Netherlands-based, trauma-empowered coach with a sex & relationship specialty. She is trained in the Somatica Method, with additional education in the sexual trauma field. Being herself a sexual abuse survivor and having struggled with sex and relationships in her life, she proves that it’s possible to reclaim to your erotic self, befriend your body, and live your most authentic expression.

Chiara’s main goal is to empower women in their healing journey to recover their pleasure, voice, and vibrant essence after a traumatic sexual experience or toxic relationship. She also supports women in owning their body, desires, and needs after the passage from maiden to mother.

Ultimately, Chiara’s mission is to create a place where every person is able to tap into their power, and be connected to their sensual and sexual self. Her dream is a world where the word trauma is normalized, and the field of sexuality is seen with the profound respect it was held in before religion and society introduced shame around it.

Her sessions focus on somatic embodiment, emotional empowerment, and taking the client to a new level of erotic awareness. Clients’ readiness, sense of safety, and consent are key aspects you will always find in your practice with her.

Chiara has spent most of her life as a humanitarian professional, working with refugees in the Middle-East and Central Africa, where she is focused on women’s empowerment and rights. She holds a master’s specialization in gender studies in humanitarian crisis and disaster risk reduction. She is fluent in English, Italian, Spanish and supports French-speaking clients.

Chiara sees clients in The Hague, The Netherlands, and online over Zoom.
