Rachel

Rachel is a Certified Somatica Coach who believes pleasure, connection, and playfulness are not luxuries — they’re necessities. Based in Cincinnati, Ohio (and online for the rest of the world), she works with individuals who want to explore intimacy, navigate relationships, and feel more at home in their own bodies.

Before coaching, Rachel spent over a decade as a special education teacher and holds an MA in Special Education. Living with ADHD herself, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. She specializes in supporting clients who are neurodivergent or disabled, and understands how the challenges of everyday life can impact intimacy, confidence, and self-expression. Her approach is warm, inclusive, and infused with humor — because sometimes the best way to heal is to laugh while you’re at it.

With more than 15 years of lived experience in non-monogamous and kink communities, Rachel also helps clients explore these worlds with curiosity and confidence. Whether you’re brand new or already seasoned, she can support you in navigating boundaries, desires, and communication with compassion and clarity.
