Mary

Warm, intuitive, and deeply present, Mary works with individuals and couples to create more authentic intimacy and a deeper connection to their desires. She meets clients exactly where they are — whether they’re looking to rediscover themselves after years of putting others first, navigate the dating world with more confidence, reignite passion in a long-term relationship, or explore new pathways to pleasure.

Mary brings a rich, embodied perspective to her work as a Certified Somatica® Coach and Sexologist through the American Board of Sexology, as well as a lifelong learner of human connection, communication, and self-expression. She helps clients move past shame, uncover what truly turns them on, and cultivate relationships that feel deeply nourishing.

Mary creates a nonjudgmental space for clients of all backgrounds – whether single, partnered, or exploring alternative relationship styles. Her coaching blends compassionate insight with practical tools, helping people feel more confident, empowered, and free in their intimate lives. The Somatica® Method allows clients to experience intimacy in real time — practicing the art of connection and authenticity in a supportive space.

Outside of coaching, she hosts the intimacy-focused podcast Unbuttoned with Mariella and curates workshops and events that help people reconnect with their bodies and each other for intimacy that lingers, pleasure that deepens, and moments you’ll never forget.
