Alana is a Certified Somatica® Coach who helps clients rediscover that spark through deep embodiment, honest communication, and radical self-connection. With a warm, intuitive presence and over two decades of experience in writing, communication, movement, and education, Alana brings a rich, multifaceted background to her coaching. At the heart of her work is a mission to help you build joyful, pleasurable relationships with your cravings and turn-ons.

For many years, she devoted herself to caregiving — raising children, supporting a family, and striving to be the best partner she could be. In doing so, she lost touch with her own desires. Her return to pleasure wasn’t sudden. It took time, support, and a willingness to ask: What do I really want? That question changed everything — and became the foundation of her coaching.
