I’m Beth, a Certified Somatica® Coach based in Denver, Colorado. I support individuals and couples in learning, practicing, and mastering the skills they need to create passionate and satisfying relationships.
So many people feel isolated or stuck in unfulfilling or sexless dynamics. Conflicting cultural messages, unresolved trauma, and relational conflict can make it difficult to connect with partners in ways you truly crave.
After my divorce years ago, I went on a mission to explore all things love and intimacy. While I had decades of experience in energy healing, meditation, tantra, and yoga, I had not exactly turned a direct eye on my sexuality or the nuances of relational intimacy.
I realized I hardly understood what I wanted in my erotic life, and what kind of relationship structures were best for me – but I knew I needed it to be a lot more fun, wild, and deep. I wasn’t sure how to identify or communicate my desires to my partners.
Through training with Somatica and several kinky-shadow-type programs, I uncovered a lot about my own turn-ons and hang-ups, desires and demons… and learned to play with deeper dimensions of my erotic nature.
I’m here to help you do the same. I offer a safe, playful space for individuals and couples to explore desires, fantasies, emotions, and beliefs – emphasizing non-judgment, empathy, and respect. My methods incorporate talk-based coaching and embodied/experiential practices, aiming to release repressed parts of your erotic identity.
