Steph

Steph (she/her) is a Certified Somatica® Coach and sex, intimacy, and relationship coach. She is devoted to helping people release shame, embrace vulnerability, and awaken their sensuality so they can feel safe, satisfied, and liberated in their love lives.

Through a body-based, experiential approach — including somatic practices, breathwork, and embodiment — she guides clients in expanding pleasure, deepening intimacy, and cultivating emotional connection, both within themselves and in their current or future relationships.

Drawing on her training in the Somatica® Method, integrative feminine embodiment, years of self-study in adult attachment and the art of relating, and her own personal journey, Steph brings a unique depth of knowledge and empathy. She skillfully supports individuals and couples through transformative growth in their relationships, their erotic expression, and their sense of self.

Steph creates a compassionate space where nothing is too much or taboo. She welcomes your desires and fantasies with curiosity and non-judgment, and clients often share that they’ve never felt so safe or comfortable being vulnerable about topics that are usually shamed.

This work is deeply personal for Steph. She knows the ache of disconnection, the sting of shame, and the uncertainty of not knowing the way forward. She also knows the freedom, confidence, and peace waiting on the other side. Her own healing inspires the way she supports others — with authenticity, courage, and mutual vulnerability.

Outside of her practice, Steph lives a life steeped in meaning and connection. She delights in playful, sensual dates with her partner, snuggles and adventures with her sweet doodle, and soaking in life’s everyday magic — sunsets, sunrises, and even moon bathing (she’s a true lover of the sky). She is also an avid reader across many genres, finds joy in dancing like no one’s watching, and treasures deep connection with her loved ones.
