Claudia

Claudia is a Certified Somatica® Coach, based in Cornwall, UK.  She works online and in person, supporting individuals and couples of all genders and orientations to create fulfilling relationships and sex lives – which might mean very different things for different people! Claudia offers inclusive, non-judgmental, trauma-aware spaces where people can explore intimacy in all its forms, including non-traditional relationship structures.

Her approach is rooted in decades of experience in embodiment and relational practices, and she is guided by a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. Whatever your intimacy challenges, she brings curiosity, compassion, and care.

Claudia’s own path has involved moving beyond family dysfunction and cultural conditioning, learning to trust her inner knowing and honor her needs. She’s experienced deeply fulfilling sexual connection and also significant challenges, including being in a sexless relationship and navigating menopause.

Claudia has trained extensively in Tantra, embodied intimacy, and consent, as well as platonic touch and nervous system regulation. A certified yoga teacher specializing in women’s health, and with over twenty-five years’ experience of conscious dance, Claudia guides people to tune into their body’s innate rhythms and wisdom. Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and grief work further inform her practice.

Claudia offers a body-based, trauma-empowered approach, supporting clients to release shame, discover and advocate for what they long for, repair ruptures with care, and embrace pleasure with confidence and freedom.
