Brenna

Brenna is helping spread the transformative Somatica Method to the East Coast. She is a certified Somatica sex, intimacy and relationship coach, and mother to two teenagers.

In her practice, she brings her nurturing, exploratory, empathetic, and authentic nature to her client relationships. Brenna works with men, women, and couples, helping them develop honest communication, a deep sense of intimacy, and mutual acceptance.

Brenna supports her client’s transformation by creating relationships through embodied presence, her own personal experiences, and playfulness. She helps clients discover their passion and reconnect with parts of themselves they have stifled growing up.

After an almost decade-long sexless monogamous relationship ended, she felt hurt, abandoned, and like a failure… so she sought answers. The Somatica Method was one of many things that helped her become an empowered, passionate, self-loving woman who desires to help fuel the world with pleasure and love.
