I used to make myself so small I could disappear. As a good Midwestern girl, I spent years chasing lovers who could never really meet me, putting my desires aside, terrified of scaring them away with my needs. I took what I could get and swallowed my anger when it wasn’t enough.

Everything changed when I stopped apologizing for wanting more. Through my own messy journey of self-discovery, I learned how to come back to myself. I discovered that authentic intimacy isn’t about making yourself smaller; it’s about becoming more of who you truly are.

As a Certified Somatica® Coach, I help people across all gender and sexuality spectrums navigate intimacy — whether that’s with lovers, with themselves, or just figuring out how they want to move through the world. I work with people ready to step into their full power, couples who want to go deeper than surface-level connection, and those creating their own definitions of what love looks like.
