Noy (He/Him) is a Certified Somatica® Sex and Relationship Coach and Sexologist, based in Barcelona, Catalunya, and working with couples, women, and men across cultures and borders, in person and online.

He custom-creates each process around your needs and pace. Together you drop the stories you’ve told yourself and find playful, embodied ways to shift your life.

Much of how he works grew from his own path. He spent years struggling with sexuality and romantic love, his strong desire shadowed by shame, and clashing with social norms. When philosophy and talk therapy weren’t enough, he turned to bodywork and found the missing piece: “I couldn’t think my way into new forms of living. I had to live my way into new forms of thinking.” That opened a decade exploring conscious sexuality, tantric spaces, and non-monogamy.

Noy now specializes in removing mental blocks and building trust and communication by centering on what you want rather than what you fear. A drama and documentary maker for a decade, he listens for the story you’re not telling yet.
