Paula is a Certified Somatica® Coach and Sexologist in B.C., Canada, who supports men and women in long-term partnerships to reignite desire, restore erotic spark, and reconnect to their bodies with confidence and curiosity.

She also works with single people navigating the dating world who want to build self-trust and ease in intimate connection. Paula is grounded in the belief that the same skills that create lasting desire in long-term partnership such as erotic embodiment, empathy, emotional presence, and shame-free self-expression also support more authentic and confident dating.

Her work is devoted to individuals who feel disconnected from their sensuality, stuck in routine, or unsure how to access desire after years of partnership. Paula is deeply passionate about breaking the harmful stigma that long-term partnership or marriage inevitably means the death of your sex life. She believes that sex does not have to fade with commitment and time, but instead has the potential to deepen and improve when individuals are willing to be intentional, curious, and devoted to making it the best it can possibly be.

Through a deeply empathetic and experiential approach, Paula helps clients move beyond talking about intimacy and into feeling it by cultivating greater presence, aliveness, and erotic confidence in their own bodies and in relationship.
