Most of our lives, we walk through the world in our heads, recounting the past or worrying about the future. Sex and intimacy, on the other hand, can only happen when you are in your body and in the moment.
Every once in a while, we have a taste of what it feels to be completely in our bodies, our sensuality and our intimate connections with the people and the world around us. In these moments we find our true connection to love and passion. We call this erotic embodiment and you can live like this every day.
When you live from a place of erotic embodiment you will experience a passionate, intimate, and fulfilling sex life and that is only the beginning. In individual and couple's coaching, you will overcome intimate and sexual trauma, pleasurably return to connection with your body, learn from your emotions, and experience the inspiration and joy that comes from tapping into your erotic energy. You will also learn how to overcome sexual challenges, expand pleasure in your body and share this expansion with a partner.
Celeste and Danielle use a combination of talk, breath, visualization, role-play and body-based coaching methods to support people in overcoming sexual concerns, expanding comfort and joy in their bodies, and achieving their pleasure potential. Practice-based and experiential learning creates extraordinarily rapid change in your life because it takes you out of your head to your body, the true source of your intuition, creativity and passion.
What to Expect
Sessions last an hour and a half. In the first session we will talk about your thoughts, feelings and experiences around sexuality and intimacy and identify your desires around coaching. We will then make a plan for how we will work together and possibly begin some of the foundational experiential work that is a part of all our coaching. In ongoing sessions we use talk, breath, role-play, and unique body-based approaches to support you in meeting all your desires.
