Steve and Lokita Carter lead the Insti­tute For Ecstatic Living,
based in Northern California and have taught
Tantric practices to over 13,000 couples and individuals
in the USA and Central America since 1999.

Margot Anand, the best selling author of "The Art of Sexual Ecstasy" and other titles on Tantra, announced Steve and Lokita as her principal lineage holders in 2007.  They were entrusted with guiding and supporting the expansion of her powerful teachings in the USA.

Since her late teens Lokita has devoted her life to personal and spiritual growth, Tantra and meditation.  Lokita is appreciated as a committed and inspired woman and teacher whose compassion and clarity touches the heart, nourishes the mind and celebrates the body.
