I am a licensed psychotherapist in San Francisco offering services people in alternative relationships and those curious about different models of intimacy. In addition to addressing issues relating to relationships I am interested in working with you as whole person to support your healing and growth. As an experienced therapist I can work with you on issues relating to life's meaning, work, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma and other life challenges.
I work with individuals, couples, triads and other configurations.
My style is warm, open-minded, collaborative and experiential. My training includes mindfulness-based, body-centered, attachment-based and psychodynamic therapy training. I integrate these approaches into a holistic and personalized approach to therapy.
