Linda Marks, MSM has been a pioneer in the field of body psychotherapy for more than 25 years.  She has pioneered a body psychotherapy method, Emotional-Kinesthetic Psychotherapy (EKP) that works with the power of the heart to facilitate healing, learning and growth.  EKP provides a much deeper process for working with intimacy, communication and other relationship issues, as it allows partners to slow down, get grounded in the present moment, their bodies and hearts, and speak and listen from the heart so that true connection and understanding can take place.

Emotional safety is the cornerstone of this work.  When emotional safety is lacking, we feel tense, our heads work over time and we experience a high level of stress.  When emotional safety is present, we experience a sense of peace and well-being, emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually.
