Welcome,
I'm glad you're here! Tantra is a magical path to creating the life and
experiences of your dreams. There are many philosophies and practices of tantra and sacred sexuality, and I look forward to providing a wide
range of information for you. Whatever path you choose to explore, I
wish you a delightful journey.
If the definitions offered here do not make sense to you now,
don't be concerned -
try the practice - and I bet your body will know (remember) even before your mind
understands.
Tantra is a form of sacred
sexuality from the Hindu culture, a 5,000 year old tradition. It
has been called the yoga of sex, full body spirituality, and the science
of ecstasy. The word "tantra" is from Sanskrit (the sacred
language of the Hindu culture) and is translated as “woven together.”
Tantra is manifest by integrating sexual energy into a spiritual
practice, and is a path to heart expansion, healing, peace, pleasure, and a
divine connection with the Universe.
Blessings on your journey,

The
Essential Tantra
When we embrace all
of our spirituality, we honor our sexuality.
When we embrace all of our sexuality, we honor our
spirituality.
When we embrace both, we celebrate God.

Tantra is an art, a science, a way
of life that is honest and courageous. It includes and faces
squarely our sexual energy, this
awesome force that some religions fear and want to suppress.
It can be used to help us reach
our highest pleasure potential, and union with the divine.

Tantra Between the Sheets
Tantra teaches you how to enjoy sexual excitement
without tension...Tantra
enables you to move sexual energy around your body, even to
store it in your body and to relax into a series of peaks of
excitement.
Tantra, like Buddhism or other traditions, is a spiritual path
to awakening. The only difference is
that Tantra clearly integrates sexuality as a means toward
that awakening.
